Customer Service Experience and Payroll experience preferred. Training is provided.

** This open is an inoffice five days a week role. At this time this opening is not offering remote or hybrid**

Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Review and process payroll across multiple states.
  • Maintain meticulous attention to detail accurately complete tasks under deadline.
  • Update and maintain CRM system.
  • Initiate ongoing client enrollment education and onboarding.
  • Effectively handle inbound calls in a timely and friendly manner.
  • Maintain confidentiality and acting with integrity while handling sensitive information.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Ability to work with webbased applications.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Articulate communicator in a variety of settings.
  • Extraordinary attitude with client service orientation.
  • Ability to prioritize information by analyzing critical issues and drawing accurate conclusions.
  • Act with professionalism and urgency.
  • Operate a 10key with speed and accuracy.
  • Knowledge of bookkeeping or payroll functions preferred
  • Payroll Certification (FPC or CPP) a plus.
  • Associate degree or equivalent.


Requirements: Develop software programs and components using VB.Net, C#, ASP.NET, SQL, XML, HTML, JSON, Typescript, and JavaScript Debug, test, and troubleshoot software programs and components Collaborate with Operations Staff, Business Analysts, Quality Assurance and Senior Developers to help design new features and resolve problems. Utilize .NET methodology to deliver timely and high quality products that exceed the end user s expectations Learn and research new programming languages, technology, and patterns. Follow Agile Payroll Systems best practices Other duties as assigned Must be able to commute to Foxboro for team meetings once per month or as needed Qualifications: Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or related field 2+ years of experience with full software development life cycle or equivalent combination of education, experience and / or applicable military experience will be considered Experience working with Visual Studio, VB.NET / C#, .NET Framework, ASP.NET, ADO.NET, SQL Proficiency with fundamental front end languages such as HTML, CSS, Typescript and JavaScript. Familiarity with Angular Familiarity with database technology such as MSSQL and NoSQl Attention to detail. Experience working with Team Foundation Server, SourceSafe or similar source control programs Strong technical skills including good understanding of software development methodologies and ability to create comprehensive test plans. Able to communicate, cooperate, and participate in team projects while also having the ability to work independently on assigned tasks. Have solid understanding of object oriented programming concepts Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite products Proven analytical and problem solving skills Ability to meet scheduled task requirements within assigned deadlines Excellent organizational and communication skills Preferred Qualifications: Microsoft Certifications are a plus Experience utilizing SQL Server Reporting Services Mobile development experience Payroll, Accounting, and/or ACH knowledge a plus
