We are currently seeking a full-time associate to fulfill a role involving technical support, customer service, and specializing in our products.

Job duties include the following:

  • Reply to product support inquiries by phone, e-mail, and online messages
  • Answer questions about product features, explain product benefits, and engage customers by making product suggestions
  • Repair, test, and/or restock returned merchandise
  • Provide company feedback on status of tech support inquiries, returned merchandise, and product improvement needs
  • Stay current with product updates
  • Add and revise product detail pages on company websites and selling channels

  • Previous technical support and/or customer service experience with electronics and new technology
  • Previous experience with customer service software, such as Zendesk and Shipstation
  • Basic proficiency in Google Docs, Microsoft Word & Excel
  • Basic proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and/or Illustrator
  • Basic proficiency in HTML, CSS, Liquid, and/or JavaScript
  • Fluency in Korean or Spanish or Mandarin/Cantonese Chinese or Tagalog Filipino
