Position Summary:

Join our dynamic team as a Sales Account Representative, where you will play a crucial role in driving the business forward by developing new client relationships while nurturing existing ones. This position offers the opportunity to engage directly with global die casting products and clients across automotive industries.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and cultivate new client relationships as well as strengthen current client partnerships to introduce innovative products.
  • Lead negotiations on key contract terms including pricing, quality standards, and delivery schedules.
  • Manage the complete inventory lifecycle from order placement with overseas suppliers to receipt and delivery of goods.
  • Maintain robust communication channels with headquarters through phone, email, and fax to ensure alignment on business objectives.
  • Undertake additional responsibilities and projects as assigned by the supervisory team.


Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Japanese at a business level (JLPT N3 or N2 preferred) is essential.
  • A minimum of 1 to 2 years' experience in B2B sales, account management, or customer service within a manufacturing environment would be preferred. NEW GRAD will be welcome
  • Exceptional communication skills in both English and Japanese, capable of handling complex negotiations and client interactions.
  • Willingness for occasional domestic travel to meet business needs.
