Pay rate: $20-21/hr.
The Service Desk Agent is the first point of contact for IT support, providing exceptional customer service and technical assistance.
Responsibilities include phone support, issue resolution, and detailed documentation in a 24/7 environment.
The role requires strong communication skills, the ability to diagnose and resolve problems quickly, and a high school diploma or GED.
Candidates should have 2-5 years of relevant experience in a fast-paced, high-tech setting and be willing to work variable shifts, including evenings and weekends.
