The purpose of this contract is to provide geospatial solutions to attain, maintain, and sustain the PACAF and AFIMSC/Det 2 GEO vision of one geospatial information structure that electronically depicts built and natural infrastructure on each Air Force installation./ppResponsibilities:/pulliDemonstrate experience with the DAF GEO Program including Installation Mission Support and Contingency aspects/liliOversee the operational planning, establishment, execution, and evaluation of a multifaceted program/project typically consisting of a set of closely related subprograms or associated activities/liliOversee fiscal, operational, administrative, and human resources management of the program/liliDemonstrate knowledge of Spatial Data Standards for Facilities, Infrastructure, and Environment (SDSFIE)/liliManages day-to-day contractor support/li/ulpQualifications:/pulliBachelors degree in relevant technical field/liliProject Management Professional or equivalent experience/accreditation/certification/liliSeven (7+) years of experience with the use and administration of Esris ArcGIS Desktop and Server solutions/liliFive (5+) years of experience integrating enterprise geospatial applications into new and existing business processes/liliThree (3) year minimum experience and solid understanding of Geographic Information System architecture/liliOne (1+) year minimum experience and solid understanding of advanced relational database concepts/liliOne (1+) year minimum experience and solid understanding of network infrastructure/li/ulpPreferred Qualifications:/pulliAdvanced degree/liliExperience working with the military/liliExperience with AutoCAD Map 3D/liliExperience with Trimbles resource, mapping, and survey grade GPS solutions/liliOracle Database experience/liliProgramming and scripting experience/li/ulpPhysical Demands:/pulliMust be able to lift up to 25 pounds/liliMust be able to stand and walk for prolonged amounts of time/liliMust be able to twist, bend and squat periodically/li/ulpSecurity Clearance Requirements: Must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance at the Secret level.
