Overview PROGRAM MANAGER (GEO):Bowhead seeks a Program Manger to support the Pacific Installation Geospatial Engineering Office located in Pearl Harbor, HI. The purpose of this contract is to provide geospatial solutions to attain, maintain, and sustain the PACAF and AFIMSC/Det 2 GEO vision of one geospatial information structure that electronically depicts built and natural infrastructure on each Air Force installation. Responsibilities Demonstrate experience with the DAF GEO Program including Installation Mission Support and Contingency aspectsOversee the operational planning, establishment, execution, and evaluation of a multifaceted program/project typically consisting of a set of closely related subprograms or associated activitiesOversee fiscal, operational, administrative, and human resources management of the programDemonstrate Knowledge of Spatial Data Standards for Facilities,Infrastructure, and Environment (SDSFIE)Manages day-to-day contractor support Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in relevant technical field• Project Management Professional or equivalent experience/ accreditation/certification• Seven (7+) years of experience with the use and administration of Esri’s ArcGIS Desktop and Server solutions• Five (5+) years of experience integrating enterprise geospatial applications into new and existing business processes• Three (3) year minimum experience and solid understanding of Geographic Information System architecture• One (1+) year minimum experience and solid understanding of advanced relational database concepts• One (1+) year minimum experience and solid understanding of network infrastructure• CompTIA’s Security+ certificationPreferred Qualifications: Advanced degreeExperience working with the militaryExperience with AutoCAD Map 3DExperience with Trimble's resource, mapping, and survey grade GPS solutionsOracle Database experienceProgramming and scripting experiencePhysical Demands: Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged amounts of timeMust be able to twist, bend and squat periodically Pay Range: Pay will be determined after contract award based on position, requireiements, and education.
