The ideal candidate will have specialized training and be a strategic problem solver, participating in major repairs, installations, and diagnostics of critical equipment.


Key Responsibilities:

• Equipment Optimization (15%): Ensure that equipment and systems run optimally with minimal downtime.

• Maintenance Audits (10%): Conduct and oversee maintenance process audits.

• Fault Diagnosis (5%): Diagnose faults and implement corrective actions.

• Procedures Development (20%): Establish and create machine procedures, work instructions, and protocols.

• Staff Training (20%): Train staff on equipment operations and maintenance procedures.

• Breakdown Response (5%): Respond to major breakdowns.

• Strategic Planning (5%): Forecast and plan for system overhauls and upgrades.

• Budget Management (5%): Work with the Plant Manager to manage maintenance budgets.

• KPI Tracking (5%): Set and track maintenance KPIs such as OEE and PM Compliance.

• Maintenance Programs (10%): Help set up and execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs.


Education Requirements:

• Degree: BA/BS in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial), Maintenance preferred or equivalent experience.


Qualifications:

• Preferred: Lean Six Sigma training (Yellow, Green, Black Belt) or Certified Maintenance Reliability Professional (CMRP)

• Required: Demonstrated technical capability and experience with PLCs and automated systems

• Experience: Proficiency in troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems, reading blueprints and schematics, using various tools, and preventive maintenance principles

• Skills: Strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and proficiency with CMMS and CAD software
