ServiceNow Business Process Consultant

Location: Fully remote (must be located in the United States)

Experience: At least 4 years of ServiceNow Business Process Consultant and/or Process Analyst experience

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Business Process Consultant to join our client. As a ServiceNow Business Process Consultant, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing business processes using the ServiceNow platform. This role requires a deep understanding of business process management principles and hands-on experience with ServiceNow implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions.
  2. Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
  3. Design and configure workflows, forms, and integrations within the ServiceNow platform to streamline business processes.
  4. Provide expertise and guidance on best practices for utilizing ServiceNow to achieve business objectives.
  5. Conduct user training and support to ensure successful adoption of ServiceNow solutions.
  6. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure the successful implementation and deployment of ServiceNow solutions.
  7. Stay updated on the latest ServiceNow features and capabilities and assess their potential impact on business processes.
  8. Document requirements, design specifications, and solution configurations.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
  2. At least 4 years of experience as a ServiceNow Business Process Consultant and/or Process Analyst.
  3. Strong understanding of business process management concepts and methodologies.
  4. Hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform configuration, including workflows, forms, and integrations.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  6. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  7. ServiceNow certification(s) preferred.
  8. Experience working in a fully remote environment is a plus.
