Overview: Are you a dynamic and proactive real estate Agent seeking a unique opportunity? Join us at Relocation Today as an in-house Real Estate Agent. In this role you’ll be at the forefront of assisting relocating transferees with their real estate needs. Benefit from an abundance of highly qualified leads and unparalleled commission splits as you establish yourself as a primary Realtor for our clients. The ideal candidate is client-focused, has expert-level knowledge in both real estate and relocation, and is well-versed in corporate processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Relocation Today buyers, renters and candidates, providing comprehensive guidance and support throughout the entire process.
  • long-term relationships with clients post-relocation, ensuring their satisfaction and repeat business.
  • closely with Relocation Today’s internal team and external partners.
  • relationships with corporate clients by delivering market insights and serving as a valuable resource.
  • informed about industry trends, market dynamics and regulatory changes in real estate.
  • coverage for other Relocation Today agents.

Qualifications:

  • of a valid Minnesota Real Estate License.
  • understanding of the Twin Cities real estate market and ability to serve the Twin Cities.
  • ability to convert leads into satisfied customers.
  • in CRM systems, databases and communication tools.
  • organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • with high problem-solving skills.
  • communication abilities, capable of simplifying complex concepts.
  • interpersonal skills to connect with diverse individuals.
  • adaptable and flexible in a fast-paced environment.
  • proactive attitude with a track record of teamwork and initiative.
