Depending on qualifications, the selected candidate will be assigned the title of Commercial Appraiser I or II.
This position performs the duties of mass appraisal of multi-family and commercial/industrial properties for the annual assessment for the City of Minnetonka. Also performs the duties of providing individual appraisal analysis/report writing for valuation appeals for multi-family and commercial/industrial properties. The primary objective of this position is to ensure a high-quality uniform assessment.
Minimum Qualifications:
Commercial I Requires: Associate’s degree in real estate, business, economics or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Additional Five years of appraisal experience, one of which must include income-producing properties
Commercial II Requires: Bachelor's degree in real estate, business, economics or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Additional Five years of appraisal experience, three of which must include income-producing properties
