We are in search of a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Analyst for our Amazon team to support our efforts in the Toys, Games and Entertainment categories. As the Sales Analyst. The ideal candidate will focus on system-based maintenance for item data, ensuring seamless data and asset management across Amazon. This role will be instrumental in supporting our Amazon operations, managing item set-up, and overseeing the maintenance of brand stores and A+ content. The role also involves overseeing retailer shipment requirements, inventory forecasting, and POS dashboard creation and monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the management and maintenance of all item data within our internal systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency across platforms.
  • Regularly update and audit item information to reflect changes in product offerings, pricing, and inventory.
  • Oversee item set-up for new products on Amazon, ensuring all data fields are accurately populated.
  • Manage and update Amazon brand stores and A+ pages, maintaining high-quality visual and written content that aligns with brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to ensure timely updates and launches of new products and promotions on Amazon.
  • Ensure all product listings are optimized for search and meet the specific requirements of each retail platform.
  • Analyze sales data to support the Sales Director in forecasting inventory needs, ensuring optimal stock levels are maintained to meet demand.
  • Collaborate with supply chain and logistics teams to manage inventory flows and anticipate market trends.
  • Maintain and monitor POS dashboards to track sales performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
  • Regularly update dashboards with the latest sales and inventory data, ensuring real-time visibility for the sales and management teams.
  • Generate reports and present findings to senior management, offering recommendations for improving sales and inventory strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in e-commerce data management, with a focus on Amazon and other retail platforms.
  • Strong understanding of item data set-up processes, Amazon brand stores, and A+ content management.
  • Experience in inventory forecasting and POS data analysis.
  • Proficiency in Excel, data management systems, and familiarity with e-commerce platforms.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
