We are committed to providing our clients with the best possible and most compassionate careThe Vice President of Business Development will lead our growth initiatives in the healthcare industry. The VP will be responsible for overseeing sales teams, cultivating relationships with insurance plans, community partners, and sales representatives, and collaborating with intake management to optimize processes. Additionally, the Vice President will play a pivotal role in executing company growth goals and formulating strategic plans for expansion.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Provide leadership and direction to the sales teams, setting performance targets, providing guidance, and monitoring sales activities to ensure objectives are met.Relationship Cultivation: Insurance Plans: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with insurance plans, negotiating contracts and partnerships to maximize business opportunities.Community Partners: Establish and nurture partnerships with community organizations and healthcare providers to enhance brand visibility and referral networks.Foster relationships with sales representatives, providing support and resources to drive sales efforts and achieve growth targets.Play a key role in executing company growth goals by identifying new business opportunities, developing strategies to penetrate markets, and expanding the customer base.Collaborate with intake management to optimize intake processes, sharing best practices and implementing strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.Work with senior leadership to formulate and execute growth plans for the company, conducting market research, analyzing industry trends, and developing strategic initiatives to drive business expansion.Qualifications and Skills:Bachelor's degree (or higher) in a relevant field.8-10 years of experience in sales and management roles, with a proven track record of success in driving sales growth and leading teams to achieve targets.Superior verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders and build strong relationships.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure accuracy in all aspects of work.Excellent analytical skills, decision-making abilities, and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to analyze data, identify opportunities, and make informed decisions to drive business success.On-site. Pay Range: $90,000.00-100,000.00 annually. Various factors will determine final compensation, such as a candidate's years of relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and location.
