Job Title: Customer service
Location: Lake bluff , IL
Pay Range: $20.50/hr on w2
Key Details:
- Work Type: Hourly (nonexempt); Overtime (time and a half) for hours over 40
- Experience: 3-5 years required
- Education: 4-year equivalent college degree required
- Location: Fully onsite
- Interview Preference: Video
- Handle inbound/outbound calls and emails to assist healthcare customers.
- Utilize databases to access customer and company information.
- Provide accurate information by following detailed instructions and SOPs.
- Exhibit patience, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
- Maintain speed and accuracy when switching between calls and emails.
- Work with complex computer applications and resources.
Problem-solving and critical thinking Multitasking: seamlessly manage multiple platforms and switch between customer interactions. Basic computing skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams). Adherence to SOPs: Follow procedures while knowing when to seek guidance. Team Collaboration: Understand company culture and work well in a team. Preferred Skills:
- Experience with SAP or ERP systems
- Background in the healthcare industry
- Organized and efficient
- Ability to handle pressure and workload without feeling overwhelmed
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Inability to follow SOPs
- Difficulty switching between different customer needs/orders
- Struggles with workload management
- Insufficient computer proficiency
