Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are looking for a reliable and proactive Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional service and support to our clients. The ideal candidate will effectively handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and coordinate smoothly with the dispatch team. This role demands excellent communication and problem-solving skills, along with adaptability to changing conditions.

Responsibilities include answering calls, ensuring customer satisfaction, following up on concerns, coordinating scheduling, managing clerical tasks, and fostering strong relationships with customers and technicians.
