We're looking for a highly motivated Quality Manager to join our team and take ownership of quality control systems in our manufacturing facility with up to 100 staff. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the quality strategy from the ground up.


Hours: Monday-Thursday from 6am-4:30pm.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of the quality control process.
  • Ensure production processes comply with ISO 9001:2015 standards.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to quality.
  • Supervise inspection and testing activities to ensure productivity and technical accuracy.
  • Develop and apply statistical analysis to maintain product standards.
  • Create and maintain documentation related to quality standards and ISO certification.
  • Collaborate with plant management to optimize reliability and reduce costs.
  • Drive continuous improvement efforts and safety initiatives across teams.
  • Provide coaching and training on problem-solving and root cause analysis.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 6-10 years of experience in quality management.
  • Six Sigma methods and a passion for driving continuous improvement, certification preferred
  • Strong problem-solving skills and leadership in quality improvement initiatives.
