We've provided structure and enclosure systems, components, and accessories for virtually every kind of project including corporate, cultural, government, educational, institutional, and multi-unit residential buildings, sports stadiums and arenas, retail, industrial, correctional facilities, and warehouse structures. We are currently searching for a Field Superintendent.


GENERAL DESCRIPTION:

Overall coordination of actual and planned activities on project site to meet the project’s stated functional, economic, schedule, safety and aesthetic requirements.


This position requires being out on the road 5 days a week, with overnight stays. Traveling in PA, DC, NY, Delaware & Virginia.


EXPERIENCE, TRAINING, AND/OR EDUCATION REQUIRED:

  • Two (2) or more years of field erection experience in precast concrete/ steel erection
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in software products utilized by the Company including Microsoft Office, basic SAP transactions, labor allocation systems, Google platform systems or Apple.
  • This position requires a HS Diploma. A or B.A preferred.
  • Prior experience working with a unionized workforce is preferred
  • Projects ranging in value from $5 to $25 million dollars, typically < $10 million dollars. Project complexity ranges from low to moderate.

  • Valid state driver’s license
  • 30 HOUR OSHA
  • FIRST AID
  • CPR
