As Project Manager for our client in the Shreveport LA market, you are responsible for completion of high-end residential landscape construction projects through all stages and:

· Strong communication skills with clients, subcontractors and crews

· Manage project expenses and labor to maximize profits

· Ensure highest quality and on-time completion of project for clients

· Strong background of various hardscape installation as well as horticulture, turf and ornamental plantings.

Requirements:

5-7 yrs managing residential landscape installations ($50K - $500K+)

Software technical experience, LMN, Aspire, other construction PM programs

4 year Degree in Landscape Design, Construction, or Landscape Architecture considered a plus.
