As Clinical Academy Manager, you will manage the training staff and day to day operations.


Role

The Clinical Academy Manager is responsible for ensuring that the training team delivers high quality education, while supporting a culture where continuous learning can be fun, positive and professional. They will also collaborate with the team to ensure that the day to day operational flow is organized, and balanced. This position requires a blend of aesthetic experience, leadership skills, education, and continuous collaboration.


Responsibilities

-Staff Scheduling

-Train new instructors and ensure they stay up to date on continuing education needs

-Manage day to day operations of training academy in collaboration with academy coordinator

-Ensure company policies are adhered to

-Work cross-functionally with corporate and clinical teams


Qualifications

*NP or RN

*2+ years injecting and working in the aesthetic industry

*1+ years management experience

*1+ year training experience

*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

*Collaborative and communicative

*Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
