Account Clerk

Key Responsibilities:
- Review verify and process financial documents.
- Perform clerical duties such as faxing filing copying and distributing paperwork.
- Maintain and organize financial records and documents.
- Assist with routine financial operations as needed.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance in document handling.
- Collaborate with team members to support administrative tasks.
- Proficiency in reading and understanding basic financial documents.
- Competence in using general office equipment (fax machines copiers scanners etc.).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
- FullTime Position
- Typical working hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday.
