What You’ll Do

As the new Human Resources Coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the firm’s team. Here’s what you can expect to engage with:

Recruitment Process Administration: You’ll dive into the recruiting process by posting job openings, liaising with agencies, scheduling interviews, and administering skills assessments. Your touch will ensure a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers. You can grow into conducting initial interview screening as well.

Onboarding Champion: You’ll initiate background checks, lead orientations, and ensure all paperwork is in place. Your efforts will help new hires feel welcomed and prepared from day one.

Smooth Offboarding: When it’s time for employees to move on, you’ll manage exit interviews and gather valuable feedback to help us continuously improve.

Detail-Oriented Administrator: From maintaining accurate personnel records and managing benefit plans to auditing invoices and updating our HRIS system, your meticulous attention to detail will keep everything running smoothly.

Versatile Support: Beyond these core functions, you’ll assist with special projects and provide general support to the HR department, ensuring they always operate at their best.


About You

Professional Experience: You have 1-2 years of HR experience in a professional setting (this is really required).

Detail-Driven: Your keen attention to detail is matched by your ability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently. You’re proactive, independent, and know when to seek guidance.

Communication Pro: Your superior verbal and written communication skills help you interact effectively with everyone. You present yourself professionally and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Tech-Savvy: You’re comfortable with Microsoft Office and have experience with HRIS systems (a plus, but not a must).

Team Player: Your positive attitude and commitment to outstanding client service make you a reliable and valued member of any team.

Educational Background: a Bachelor’s Degree (preferred but not required). Firm offers tuition assistance for relevant undergraduate or graduate degrees or continuing education.
