The Role

We’re here to level the playing field, combining technology with human expertise to knock down barriers and allow even the smallest businesses to succeed online. To help us achieve this goal, we are looking for Junior Sales Reps to join our existing Sales Team.  


Reporting into the Head of Sales this role will be responsible for helping to fill, foster, and close the Sales pipeline for both our strategic partnerships, as well as our SaaS suite. We will provide on the job training with access to a specialist sales coach. This is an entry level position so experience in a similar role is not essential.

What you’ll do


  • Sales Pipeline Generation - Build a sales pipeline through email, phone calls, LinkedIn, and other sources in order to convert leads into paying customers. 
  • Drive revenue for the business - Closing 12+ Strategic Partnerships per month, or the equivalent revenue for the business.
  • Client Management - Build and maintain relationships with prospective and new clients, get to know their business, address their needs, and ensure that they can adopt the product suite without issue.
  • Maintaining Data in the CRM - Keep our CRM up to date with all current information for any clients that you are assigned. 
  • Networking - Participate in industry events, attend conferences, and go to networking opportunities as possible in order to build a strong professional network within the digital marketing space. 
  • Communication - Both internally and externally. Effective communication with leads, contacts, and accounts, as well as internally within the sales team, and with CS and Product is a must.
