Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Administrative Assistant role located in Miami, FL. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the president, HR, purchasing department, answering phones, maintaining files and records, and performing clerical duties.


Qualifications

  • Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
  • Experience doing spreadsheets with excel.
  • Some QuickBooks knowledge.
  • Strong phone etiquette, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Clerical skills, such as attention to detail and organization
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
