About the Company:
We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide compassionate and high-quality care to patients under the supervision of RN, NP or MD. As a LPN, you will play a crucial role in assessing patients needs, implementing care plans, and ensuring the well-being of those entrusted to your care in the infusion clinic.
About the Role:
A few Responsibilities:
- Administer IV and injectable medications
- Monitor patients vital signs and report any deviations from normal ranges
- Assist with patient assessments
- Collect samples for laboratory testing
- Schedule appointments
- Educate patient and their caregiver in administered medications
- Collaborate with other HCP
- Maintain accurate and detailed medication records using EHR
- Adhere to all regulatory standards, P&P and SOP's
Qualifications:
Experience
- Minimum of 3 year of experience as a LPN
Requirements
- Valid state LPN
- Current BLS and ACLS certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
