Our client is seeking an Executive Assistant/Office Operations Manager to provide executive level support to their Boston office. This role will mainly involve administrative tasks and general office operations but there is a research and CRM managing piece to the role as well. Candidates must have strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

  • Research of best company practices
  • Contact management
  • Event Planning
  • Office management
  • Vendor / Third party relationships
  • Visitor and guest greetings
  • IT help as needed


Qualifications

  • 2-3 years in an office operational role
  • Administrative experience is a must
  • College degree preferred
