Workday Project Manager

Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Workday Project Manager with a strong background in finance implementation to lead our Workday deployment projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing Workday implementations, particularly in the finance module, and will possess excellent project management and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Workday implementation projects, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Finance Implementation: Oversee the implementation of Workday's finance module, ensuring alignment with business requirements and seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with key stakeholders, including finance, IT, and HR teams, to gather requirements, define project scope, and manage expectations.
  • Team Leadership: Coordinate and lead project teams, including internal resources and external consultants, to achieve project objectives.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with all project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, milestones, and issues.
  • Documentation: Ensure all project documentation is complete, accurate, and maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Change Management: Develop and execute change management plans to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and systems by end users.
  • Training: Coordinate and oversee training programs for end users to ensure they are fully equipped to use the new Workday finance system.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement and oversee quality assurance processes to ensure the solution meets business requirements and standards

Skills:

    • In-depth knowledge of Workday finance modules and related best practices.
    • Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Proficient in project management software and tools.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
