Construction Project Coordinator

Lasalle Network is excited to be partnered with a Nationally recognized construction firm that works with some of the top brands across the US They are seeking a dedicated Construction Project Coordinator to be responsible for compliance, documentation, invoicing and project support functions.

Construction Project Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Ensure adherence to project-specific compliance requirements, including waivers and regulatory standards
  • Review and record owner contracts, change orders and subcontracts
  • Compile and distribute waiver packages to title companies
  • Act as the primary contact for subcontractors regarding compliance documentation, invoices and project closeout documents
  • Develop accurate and compliant lien waiver templates
  • Request and review subcontractor insurance certificates and endorsements
  • Collaborate with the Project Management team to gather and distribute closeout documents
  • Coordinate subcontractor payments, ensuring documentation and compliance
  • Assist in preparing and distributing pay application documents (G702/703/Sworn Statement)
  • Cross-train with the Office Coordinator on Plan Room procedures, daily progress photo management and closeout package preparation
  • Research municipal licensing and registration requirements
  • Facilitate employee travel arrangements and job site services coordination


Construction Project Coordinator Requirements:

  • High School Diploma required, Associate's degree or higher preferred
  • 3+ years in a similar role; commercial general contractor experience is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, Excel, Word, CMiC Cloud, Textura, DocuSign and GCPay
  • Strong work ethic, reliability and positive attitude
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, timely and accurate
