Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
  • Employee Relations: Address employee concerns and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner, promoting a positive work environment.
  • Benefits Administration: Oversee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies. Assist employees with benefits-related inquiries.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices and legal requirements.
  • Performance Management: Support performance management processes, including employee evaluations, disciplinary actions, and development plans.
  • HR Records & Reporting: Maintain accurate employee records and prepare reports as needed for management and regulatory purposes.
  • Training & Development: Assist in the development and delivery of training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of HR experience in a generalist role.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
