Responsibilities:

  • Manage internal and external reporting requirements.
  • Prepare monthly Flash Financial Statements and management packages for executives and the Board of Directors.
  • Support periodic SEC filings and liaise with external auditors.
  • Assist in preparing and reviewing Quarterly and Annual Financial Reports.
  • Create monthly flash reports, Board packages, and financial performance summaries.
  • Monitor compliance with evolving accounting standards.
  • Provide US GAAP interpretation and prepare technical memorandums.
  • Communicate accounting issues and guidance to management.
  • Lead communications with external auditors.
  • Coordinate annual audit and quarterly review activities.
  • Develop and maintain accounting policy documents.
  • Implement and improve internal control processes and the financial close process.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities and participate in various projects.
  • Maintain the integrity of financial reporting processes and controls, updating policies as needed.
  • Resolve accounting issues, ensure compliance with US GAAP and IAS, and implement new accounting standards.



Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance
  • Master’s and CPA required.
  • 7-10 years in Public Accounting or corporate reporting.
  • 5+ years of supervisory experience with a record of employee development.
  • Experience in complex accounting issue research and presentation.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, and other office products.
  • Strong technical accounting experience.
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and organized.
  • Ability to multi-task and deliver accurate work under pressure.
  • Consideration of business and financial implications of projects.
  • High confidentiality.
