Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily general ledger accounting, financial reporting, and analysis for designated areas.
  • Address and resolve inquiries from Business Units related to assigned functions.
  • Maintain regular communication with Supervisors regarding financial closing processes, challenges, and deliverables.
  • Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities for assigned areas.
  • Conduct variance analysis and provide detailed explanations.
  • Prepare and analyze periodic management reports on financial performance for assigned areas.
  • Submit financial results to relevant stakeholders.
  • Compile all necessary financial reporting documentation.
  • Execute Balance Sheet account reconciliations, account analyses, accrual calculations, and related accounting schedules.
  • Draft journal entries pertinent to assigned responsibilities.
  • Analyze foreign currency transactions and their effects on financial outcomes.
  • Develop reporting packages for various purposes, including corporate and tax filings.
  • Calculate withholding tax receipts for corporate tax obligations.
  • Lead special projects aimed at enhancing process efficiency and performance.
  • Cross-train to provide backup support for colleagues during emergencies.
  • Review and investigate accounting transactions for assigned functions.
Qualifications:
  • 5-6 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
  • Customer service-oriented mindset.
  • Solid understanding of accounting processes, procedures, and internal controls.
  • Exceptional research and analytical abilities.
  • Quick adaptability and capacity to learn new tasks independently.

  • Capability to generate innovative ideas for performance improvement.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
