Lead a team that creates excellent site development solutions for our clients.


Key Outcomes

Lead a team to produce excellent design work that fulfills client’s needs and expectations. Project Manager will generally lead 5-10 projects in design phase at any point in time, completing 10-20 projects per year depending on scope and complexity.

  • Assure that company culture infuses the team’s work every day
  • Develop project design criteria, design calculations, construction details, and cost estimates
  • Assure excellent design work using AutoCAD Civil 3D, PCSWMM/ICPR, Excel among other programs
  • Conduct construction phase monitoring, inspections, and testing


Coordinate with Civil Design Leader and Administrative Leader regarding schedule, resource allocation, and project delivery

  • Communicate daily with clients and review agencies to ensure project success
  • Oversee Administrative Leader’s completion of permitting efforts


Help fuel the firm’s growth by:

  • Developing the capability of team members to take on additional responsibility over time
  • Developing your own capability to grow into a Civil Team Leader role


Competencies and Credentials

  • Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering
  • 3-15 years of work experience in Civil Engineering Design (specific experience in commercial, healthcare, senior living, industrial, and/or school design experience preferred)
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D design
  • Preferred: PE license in South Carolina
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate in a clear, timely, and professional way with clients, leading to alignment of expectations and results
  • Ability to collaborate with and develop team members, leading to a positive work environment where team members can flourish
  • Commitment and follow-through on the myriad details that lead to project success
