Beacon Hill is seeking a remote temporary immigration attorney. Our client's Global Mobility and Migration practice would like to engage a contract attorney for a four-month period. The contract attorney will be assigned to client-chargeable work in the area of reviews of government filings. Given the GMM pipeline of work, including matters clients have forecasted for the fall based on their workforce planning, the business need is urgent and immediate for the remainder of the summer and the fall.

Anticipated Start Date: ASAP
End Date: 4 months
Number of reviewers needed: 1 (the reviewer will need to be barred in the US and will work remotely)
Project Description: Substantively review and edit government petitions/applications prepared by associate/paralegal teams
Experience Required: 2+ years as an Immigration associate focused on employment-based immigration (at a minimum, substantive experience preparing, reviewing, and filing H-1B and L-1 petitions).
Pay: The compensation will start at $50/hr+ and be based on experience.
