Position Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and motivated immigration attorney to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for a bilingual (English/Spanish) attorney eager to make a difference in the lives of immigrants. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in immigration law and a genuine interest and desire to work with the immigrant community. We will provide guidance and training to help the candidate excel in the role and become an advocate before U.S. immigration authorities.


Key Qualifications:

  • JD degree and licensed to practice law in any U.S. state.
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Bilingual with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
  • Strong research skills with a commitment to staying current on changes in immigration laws.
  • A demonstrated passion for social justice and helping immigrants navigate the legal system.


Core Responsibilities:

  • Conduct legal consultations with prospective clients to assess their needs and provide expert advice.
  • Draft and review immigration forms, cover letters, affidavits/declarations, and supporting documents.
  • Prepare and file legal briefs and motions for cases in Immigration Court and other appellate courts.
  • Represent clients at hearings in Immigration Court and interviews with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.
  • Supervise and collaborate with support staff, including paralegals, to ensure the highest quality of service.
  • Engage with community events, seminars, and other marketing efforts to promote the firm’s mission and services.
