AR/VR System Specialist (HoloLens 2)

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • 2+ years of professional experience in troubleshooting wide area networks, wireless connectivity, Windows servers and routers, local area networks, and switches
  • 1+ years experience in Augmented Reality, Virtual Reality, and Mixed Reality, including hardware/glassware support
  • HoloLens 2 AR/VR headsets
  • Windows software and OS
  • Software and hardware integration


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Own and lead our cutting-edge AR/VR HoloLens 2 solution support.
  • Support, setup, and maintenance of head-worn devices (glassware) and application technology.
  • Responsible for onsite/virtual training of new users.
  • Continuing to improve and enhance AR/VR solutions.
  • Be the main point of contact for all technical issues.
  • Solve technical problems and queries related to Wi-Fi/networking installations.
  • Investigate network faults that may impact performance.
  • Make recommendations to improve product performance.
  • Stress tests the software releases before release.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to resolve issues.
  • Discover, identify, and test possible hardware options.
  • Provide information on functionality to our team.
  • Collaborate with our IT team.
  • Identify optimal Wi-Fi, PC, and network standards for our offices.
  • Support Networking questions for for server setup at offices.


This is a long-term contract (initial contract is 12 months with yearly renewal) in South Atlanta. This position is a hybrid; you will be in the office twice a week and telecommute three days a week.
