We are searching for a multi-faceted senior executive responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of our business. Offering a competitive salary with excellent benefits


Responsibilities:

  • Operational Strategy Development: Formulate and implement operational strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
  • Business Growth: Identify and pursue opportunities for business growth, including new markets, products, and services.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Quality Control: Ensure all products and services meet high-quality standards and comply with industry regulations.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage the company’s operational budget, ensuring cost-efficiency and financial health.
  • Financial Reporting: Collaborate with the CFO to monitor financial performance and prepare detailed operational reports.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the operations team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
  • Talent Management: Oversee recruitment, training, and retention strategies to build a skilled and motivated workforce.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by managing service delivery and addressing any issues promptly.
  • Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, understanding their needs and ensuring their expectations are met.
  • Inventory Control: Implement effective inventory management strategies to minimize waste and ensure the availability of necessary components.
  • Technology Integration: Promote the integration of new technologies and innovations to improve operational efficiency and product offerings.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with relevant regulations and standards, including environmental and safety regulations.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring the company’s long-term stability and success.
  • KPIs and Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports to the CEO and board of directors on operational performance and strategic initiatives.
  • Cross-Departmental Coordination: Foster effective communication and collaboration across different departments to ensure alignment and cohesion.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring transparent and effective communication.


Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business management or other relative disciplines. Master's preferred

Min 10 years executive level experience with a proven track record of success.

Industry experience highly preferred
