- Inventory Control: Implement effective inventory management strategies to minimize waste and ensure the availability of necessary components.
- Technology Integration: Promote the integration of new technologies and innovations to improve operational efficiency and product offerings.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with relevant regulations and standards, including environmental and safety regulations.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring the company’s long-term stability and success.
- KPIs and Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports to the CEO and board of directors on operational performance and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business management or other relative disciplines. Master's preferred
Min 10 years executive level experience with a proven track record of success.
Industry experience highly preferred
