Facilities Coordinator

Location: San Francisco, CA

Pay: $28-30 per hour, depending on experience


Job Responsibilities

· Responsible for answering phones, greeting guests, coordinating and scheduling conference rooms

· Calendar management for the office

· Responsible for coordinating with vendors & caterers, as well as re-stocking kitchen and snack areas


Requirements

· Degree preferred, but not required

· Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)

· 3+ years facilities experience within professional services
