Our fortune 50 Healthcare Client is in the midst of a major digital transformation to re-vamp their web and mobile presence to create an Omnichannel experience for Medicare and Medicaid users. They are focused on delivering data-driven insights to enhance their customer experiences. We are seeking a skilled Adobe CJA Engineer to join our team and contribute to our data analytics efforts.


As an Adobe CJA Engineer, you will play a crucial role in understanding customer data, configuring connections, and creating insightful reports using Adobe Customer Journey Analytics. Your work will directly impact our ability to optimize customer experiences and drive business growth.


Responsibilities:

Data Understanding and Validation: Read and comprehend XDM schema (classes) to understand data structures.

  • Validate data using the query service to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Collaborate with data engineers to ensure data quality.

Configuration and Setup: Configure connections with primary identities (person ID) and multiple datasets.

  • Set up data views, defining relevant metrics and dimensions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements.

Data Transformation and Analysis: Transform data within dimensions and metrics to create meaningful insights.

  • Utilize Adobe Analysis Workspace for data visualization and exploration.
  • Develop calculated metrics and custom dimensions as needed.

Troubleshooting and Reporting: Troubleshoot data connection issues and resolve discrepancies.

  • Monitor usage and licensure for Adobe CJA.
  • Create comprehensive reports that showcase cross-channel customer journeys.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
  • 12-24 months of experience specifically in Adobe Customer Journey Analytics.
  • Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and data visualization tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.


Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with Adobe Experience Platform and Adobe Analytics.
  • Experience with ETL processes and data pipelines.
  • Certification in Adobe Analytics or related Adobe products.
