In this role you will play a key role in running the warehouse by being responsible for all inbound and outbound material and through detailed organization of inbound shipments.
The key requirements for this role are experience with component-level electronic and mechanical parts; and previous International shipping experience including an understanding of Customs regulations.
· You will help coordinate incoming and outgoing shipment activities to help with flow of item traffic in and out of the warehouse
· This is a crucial role for warehouse organization and expansion of business and workflow
· Responsible for the efficient and accurate shipment of all finished goods, vendor returns, customer returns, components, machinery, and other items shipping from the facility
· This role involves coordinating the preparation of goods for shipment, managing paperwork, and ensuring compliance with shipping regulations and procedures
· Verify products being shipped against the proper documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness
· Label incoming materials with proper labels and verify labels against materials
· Prepares inventory reports by collecting and analyzing information on stock usage
· Approves or rejects deliveries based on inspections
· Provide 100% quality customer service to ensure absolute customer satisfaction
