Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Coordinator II to join our team at Regal Rexnord - Aerospace Solutions. This role will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials within our facility, while maintaining accurate records and adhering to company policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive, inspect, and verify the accuracy of incoming shipments and materials.
  • Verify the accuracy of outgoing shipments and orders, ensuring that all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Route incoming items within the company as directed, utilizing knowledge of warehouse layout and inventory management systems.
  • Compare identifying information with bills of lading, invoices, orders, or records to ensure accuracy.
  • Pick and stock product orders, accurately performing ERP system transactions.
  • Perform daily cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory levels.
  • Perform parts protection and material handling tasks, including operating material handling equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, and overhead cranes.
  • Determine the method of shipment, utilizing knowledge of shipping procedures, and prepare materials for shipping by weighing, packaging, and stamping.
  • Pick and issue raw materials as needed.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • 2 years of experience in a related field, such as logistics, inventory management, or supply chain management.
  • Strong PC skills, including experience with ERP software and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to operate trucks, forklifts, hoists, conveyers, overhead cranes, or other handling equipment to move material to and from and within the facility.
  • Experience using MHE preferred.
  • Ability to work independently as well as a member of a team.
  • Good problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve most questions and problems and refer more complex issues to higher levels.
  • Ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions, with acute attention to detail.
  • Fast learner.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Drive for continuous improvement.
  • Ability to lift up to 35-50 pounds, with moderate physical demand required to continuously lift or move raw material.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in FedEx, UPS, or DHL parcel shipping.
  • Experience using ERP or WMS systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Experience in cycle counting and inventory control.
