As we grow, we are looking to hire a meticulous and highly organized Executive Assistant to help manage both professional and personal tasks and ensure operational efficiency.

Job Description: As the Executive Assistant to the owner, you will play a key role in supporting daily business activities and personal errands, helping to maintain and streamline operations. This role requires a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, exceptional communication skills, and a versatile approach to traditional and modern administrative duties.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize the owner’s schedule, including arranging meetings, appointments, and travel.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing communications through Outlook, Gmail, and other platforms.
  • Prepare and manage financial documents and reports using Microsoft Office 365, QuickBooks Online, and Excel as well as other platforms.
  • Conduct general office tasks such as filing, photocopying, managing mail, ensuring the office is organized and assisting with tasks.
  • Quickly adapt to and implement new software and technologies that increase office productivity.
  • Assist with personal errands to support the busy entrepreneur, such as supply runs and postal duties.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as an executive assistant, administrative assistant, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Outlook and Excel.
  • Working knowledge of finance and basic skills in QuickBooks Online.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and outstanding attention to detail.
  • Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and high ethical standards.
  • Flexibility to manage personal tasks and adapt to new challenges.
