- Knowledge of OSHA laws and regulations
Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Perform administrative duties related to department records, files, and training
- Purchase Order (PO) processing
- Assist with generating, modifying, and organizing documentation (both hard and digital copies) such as procedures, risk analysis, and other EHS-related documents
- Assist with the approval of safety supplies, equipment, and uniform processing
- Support investigations of accidents, injuries, near-misses, and non-compliance with safety procedures; complete related reports and documentation
- Coordinate meetings with various stakeholders, including departments and third parties
- Assist with Worker’s Compensation record keeping, inspections, assessments, surveys, program evaluations, and statistics
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required; some college preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in Occupational Safety
- Knowledge of OSHA laws and regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
