Must-Haves:

  • 1-3 years of experience in Occupational Safety
  • Knowledge of OSHA laws and regulations


Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Perform administrative duties related to department records, files, and training
  • Purchase Order (PO) processing
  • Assist with generating, modifying, and organizing documentation (both hard and digital copies) such as procedures, risk analysis, and other EHS-related documents
  • Assist with the approval of safety supplies, equipment, and uniform processing
  • Support investigations of accidents, injuries, near-misses, and non-compliance with safety procedures; complete related reports and documentation
  • Coordinate meetings with various stakeholders, including departments and third parties
  • Assist with Worker’s Compensation record keeping, inspections, assessments, surveys, program evaluations, and statistics

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma required; some college preferred
  • 1-3 years of experience in Occupational Safety
  • Knowledge of OSHA laws and regulations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
