Compensation:  Starting at $17.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.

Position is Monday - Friday from 8:00 am- 4:30pm.

How you will make an impact:

  • Manage residential warranty claims by serving as the primary liaison between residents and vendors, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of issues.
  • Provide support to the Facility Coordinator, assisting with various administrative tasks and project coordination.
  • As needed, work the Front Desk, including answering phones, creating work orders, and facilitating resident interactions.

What you will need:

  • Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, effectively addressing resident inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
  • Maintain strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and ensure timely follow-ups on all warranty claims and service requests.
