Position Overview:

We are currently seeking an experienced Executive Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized detailoriented and selfmotivated individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The Executive Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to our executive team and play a critical role in the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain executive schedules including arranging meetings conference calls and travel arrangements

Prepare and edit correspondence reports and presentations

Act as the first point of contact for the executive team screening and prioritizing incoming calls and emails

Coordinate and organize internal and external meetings and events

Prepare and distribute meeting agendas minutes and followup actions

Assist with the preparation of proposals contracts and other business documents

Conduct research and gather data for various projects and initiatives

Manage and maintain confidential files and records

Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages

Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies and maintaining office equipment

Other duties as assigned by the executive team

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience as an executive administrative assistant or similar role

Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field preferred

Strong organizational and timemanagement skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software

Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion

Professional and friendly demeanor

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Contract Details:

This is a fulltime permanent position based in Geneva NY. The working hours are Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package.
