A well-respected full service Providence law firm is looking to add a Litigation Associate with at least 5 of years of experience. This position will focus on a range of business litigation matters including Shareholder Disputes, Employment Law, Fiduciary & Trusts, Securities Law, etc.

The firm has a strong reputation locally, however their clients are national in scope. They have a very sophisticated Litigation practice, and their Associates are given immediate client contact. This is a great platform to build something for the long-term.

Qualified candidates must have a J.D. from an accredited law school, be admitted to the Rhode Island bar, and have a minimum of five years of legal experience.
