We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Litigation Paralegal to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal injury law and a proven track record of supporting attorneys through all phases of litigation. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and a deep understanding of legal procedures and documentation.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Case Management: Assist attorneys with all aspects of case preparation, including the management of case files, maintaining client records, and organizing documents.
  • Document Preparation: Draft, review, and file legal documents such as pleadings, discovery requests, subpoenas, motions, and trial exhibits.
  • Client Communication: Serve as a liaison between attorneys and clients, providing updates, gathering information, and ensuring clients are well-informed about their cases.
  • Discovery: Manage the discovery process, including the organization and review of documents, preparation of discovery responses, and coordination of depositions.
  • Trial Preparation: Assist in preparing for trial, including the organization of exhibits, witness lists, and trial binders, as well as providing support during trial proceedings.
  • Administrative Duties: Perform various administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments, maintaining calendars, and handling correspondence.



Qualifications:

  • Education: Associate’s degree or Paralegal Certificate required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a litigation paralegal, with a focus on personal injury law.
