New partnership manager focus & goals:
G FUEL has secured a ton of partnerships with raving fandom in the last 5 years. We are looking to bring on a passionate and innovative individual that has the ability to work well in team effort, as well as taking initiative on partnership projects. This individual should have knowledge/interest in gaming, anime, and pop culture. They must be familiar with social media trends, hype, and fandom. We are looking for bright individuals that can continue to help grow the brand, and represent G FUEL in a positive and professional manner.
Partnership Manager tasks.
- Manage 5-10 partnerships at a time simultaneously
- Coordinate with production department to source flavors
- Coordinate with creative department for art and labels
- Coordinate with logistics for product arrivals and shipments
- Coordinate with talent department to source influencers/creators to promote said partnership and meet impressions requirements
- Coordinate with marketing to run ads to meet ad spend/online and on-site activations/social media campaign/giveaways/merch
- Coordinate with social media department to assure all reveal/announcement/launches are posted on time and appropriately
- Coordinate externally with partner for approvals on all content (influencers, G FUEL posts, labels, shakers, boxes, etc.)
- Coordinate externally with partner on weekly calls for process updates, brainstorms, creative, and marketing plans
- Maintain existing flavors/partnerships such as restock, running discounts, extending license, etc.
- Coordinating with accounting for royalty reports and invoices/tracking spend
- Coordinating with retail team for RTDs going into retail/POS/sales sheets/
- Coordinating with events team for marketing IRL events
- Coordinating with creative for all video content and externally for approvals and changes
- Attending events such as red-carpet premieres representing the company and coordinating all key beats during event (film/product/social)
Requirements:
- BS degree in Business/Marketing, creative media and/or any other respectable field that might impress us
- Minimum 1 year of work experience related to business/marketing (we need to know you got skills)
- Eat, sleep and breathe pop culture. Hard work beats talent when talent doesn’t work hard
- Creative and fun marketing abilities
- Have a marketing mindset with everything you do - Master the art of selling G FUEL
- Life moves pretty fast at G FUEL. If you don’t stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it (always be on your toes and adapt)
- Be motivated, excited and passionate about G FUEL and your role on this amazing team
