As the Sr. Manager, Brand Development you will drive interest and demand for our brands' products and services, involving Fiberon decking and Solar Innovations outdoor structures. As a key contributor in this pivotal position, you will spearhead the development of brand-specific strategies spanning diverse channels, encompassing content strategies and targeted campaigns from email marketing to social media.


What You'll Be Doing:

  • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive brand strategies that define the overarching positioning, messaging, and communication approach for assigned brands.
  • Conduct market research, consumer insights analysis, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform brand strategy development.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional COE and Commercial teams, including channel marketing, product development, sales, digital marketing, CMIA, brand execution and PR, to ensure alignment and integration of brand marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.
  • Engage with external partners/vendors and oversee the relationship management of key content development projects. Ensure that the creative direction given to agencies aligns with the brand message.
  • Strategizes with Brand Communications team in the creation and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns, including advertising, promotions, and digital marketing, to drive brand awareness and consumer engagement.
  • Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, market trends, and competitive landscape to evaluate the effectiveness of brand strategies and identify areas for optimization.
  • Establish and maintain brand and content standards to ensure consistency and coherence across all brand touchpoints, including marketing materials, packaging, and digital platforms.
  • Lead and mentor a team of brand marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Provide guidance, support, and professional development opportunities to team members, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and business goals.
  • Work collaboratively with the Director of Brand Communications to optimize overall annual spend for paid, earned and owned media.
  • Achieve financial objectives by preparing and managing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.


What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Brand Management, or Communications preferred.
  • 8+ years of marketing experience, preferably in the building materials industry.
  • 3+ years’ experience in leading and developing high-performing teams
  • Knowledge in developing and writing multi-channel content including social media, digital content management, and storytelling
