We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Environmental Program Manager to join our team. As a Senior Environmental Program Manager, you will lead and oversee environmental programs and initiatives, ensuring compliance with regulations, promoting sustainability practices, and driving environmental stewardship within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in environmental management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for environmental conservation.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive environmental programs, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and industry best practices.
  • Lead environmental impact assessments and risk evaluations to identify potential environmental risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Manage environmental permitting processes and ensure timely and accurate submission of required reports and documentation.
  • Monitor changes in environmental regulations and proactively adapt programs and practices to maintain compliance and drive continuous improvement.
  • Conduct audits and inspections to assess environmental performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability principles and practices into business operations and decision-making processes.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of environmental programs and initiatives.
  • Prepare and deliver reports and presentations to management, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies regarding environmental performance and compliance.
  • Coordinate with external consultants, contractors, and regulatory agencies as necessary to support environmental projects and compliance requirements.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to environmental team members, promoting professional development and knowledge sharing.
  • Foster a culture of environmental awareness and responsibility among employees through training, communication, and engagement initiatives.
