Job Description:

We seek a talented and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. This role will focus on managing paid media campaigns, implementing SEO strategies, and driving our digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be a creative problem solver with a curiosity for innovative marketing approaches and a passion for making a difference in the behavioral health space.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across multiple platforms, including Meta ads, LinkedIn ads, Google ads, Bing ads, and Programmatic ads.
  • Utilize custom audiences for targeted ad campaigns to maximize ROI
  • Implement and maintain SEO best practices, with a strong focus on link-building
  • Manage and optimize our Hubspot CRM and marketing automation processes.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive performance reports, including multi-touch attribution reporting and channel performance from lead to MQL to SQL.
  • Work with 3rd party software listing sites to enhance our digital presence.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align paid media strategies with overall marketing objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience (3-5 years) in digital marketing, with a focus on paid media and SEO
  • Certifications in Meta ads, LinkedIn ads, Google ads, Bing ads, and Programmatic advertising platforms
  • Strong understanding of B2B enterprise SaaS marketing (experience in this field is a plus)
  • Proficiency in Hubspot CRM and marketing automation
  • Experience with SEO tools such as SEMrush or Moz
  • Familiarity with 6sense or similar intent data platforms is a plus
  • Excellent analytical and reporting skills
  • Creative problem-solving abilities and a curious, innovative mindset
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team


Additional Requirements:

  • This is a full-time, remote position with occasional travel required
  • Experience in or knowledge of the behavioral health industry is a significant plus
