Job Description Job Title: Digital Marketing Assistant Location: NEG Position Type: Full-Time About Us: American Mortgage Network is a leading mortgage lending company dedicated to providing top-quality mortgage solutions to our clients. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic marketing team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in digital marketing and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced financial services environment. Key Responsibilities: Social Media Management: Assist in managing and scheduling social media content across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter). Monitor and engage with the online community, responding to comments and messages. Track social media metrics and provide regular reports on performance. Content Creation: Assist in creating and editing content for the company's website, blog, and social media channels. Collaborate with the content team to develop engaging and relevant content, including articles, infographics, and videos. Email Marketing: Help coordinate email marketing campaigns, including list management, design, and A/B testing. Monitor email performance and suggest improvements based on data insights. SEO Support: Assist the SEO team with keyword research, on-page optimization, and content auditing. Monitor and report on website traffic and search engine rankings. Analytics and Reporting: Collect and analyze data from various digital marketing channels to measure campaign performance. Prepare regular reports and share insights to optimize marketing strategies. Ad Campaigns: Support the execution of digital advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) by assisting in ad creation, monitoring, and budget management. Competitor Research: Conduct competitive research to identify industry trends and opportunities. Provide insights and recommendations based on competitive analysis. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and tools. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with marketing software/tools (e.g., social media management platforms, email marketing software, Google Analytics). Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights. Creative thinking and a willingness to learn and adapt in a rapidly changing digital landscape. Preferred Qualifications (Not Required): Familiarity with SEO principles and practices. Experience with graphic design or video editing software. Google Ads or Facebook Ads certification.
